At CEPODS, we led the initial design consulting phase for the innovative Krate at the Grove project, a transformative approach in urban redevelopment.

Our early design concepts drew inspiration from our successful projects such as CEPODS Micro Plaza, Micro Retail Centers, and Parking Lot Huggers, developed between 2015 and 2018.

The modern design of Krate at the Grove effectively repurposes unused mall parking spaces, transforming them into a vibrant, self-contained environment utilizing shipping containers. This project exemplifies our commitment to innovative and sustainable design solutions in urban spaces.
